Terms of service

Spren is an AI employee that a company assigns work to and connects to its own tools. Spren reads, writes, drafts, sends and takes actions in those tools on the company's behalf, within the limits the company's administrators set. Spren is software: it can make mistakes, and the company remains responsible for the work it assigns and for reviewing what matters.

You must be at least 18 and authorised to act for your company. You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for everything done under your account. Tell us at support@marsys.ai immediately if you believe an account has been misused.

When you connect a third-party service to Spren, you confirm that you are allowed to give Spren the access you grant, and you agree to that service's own terms. You can disconnect a service at any time. We are not responsible for the availability or conduct of third-party services.

You may not use Spren to break the law, to send unsolicited bulk messages, to harass anyone, to access systems or data you are not entitled to, to scrape or collect personal data without a lawful basis, or to build a competing product from it. You may not attempt to circumvent Spren's safety limits or to make it act outside the permissions your company has set. We may suspend an account that breaks these rules.

Your company owns the data it connects to Spren and the work Spren produces for it. We process it only as described in our privacy policy and as needed to provide the service. You are responsible for having the rights and consents needed for the data you connect.

Paid plans are billed as described at the time of purchase. Fees are exclusive of taxes. If a payment fails we may suspend the account after notice. Subscriptions renew until cancelled; you can cancel at any time, and the cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

We work to keep Spren available and will tell you about planned interruptions where we can. We may change or withdraw features; if a change materially reduces what your plan provides, you may cancel and receive a pro rata refund for the remainder of the paid period.

Spren is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we exclude all warranties, and our total liability to you for any claim arising from the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions you or your company make on the basis of Spren's output. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

You may close your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend an account for a breach of these terms, with notice where practicable. On termination your data is handled as the privacy policy describes.

These terms are governed by Swiss law. Disputes are subject to the courts of the Canton of Vaud, Switzerland, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection where you are located.
