How to delete your data
You can remove your data from Spren in three ways, depending on what you want to delete.
To disconnect a single service (for example your Google, Slack or Telegram account): open Spren, go to the connectors page, and choose Disconnect on that service. Spren deletes the credentials it held for that service immediately. Notes Spren kept from working in that service remain in your company's account until an administrator deletes them or the account is closed.
To leave a company's Spren account: ask an administrator of that account to remove you. Your role, settings and personal data in that account are deleted within 30 days. To delete your personal account entirely, write to privacy@marsys.ai from the email address on the account; it is deleted within 30 days unless you still belong to another company's account, in which case only your membership of the company you named is removed.
To delete a company account and everything in it: an administrator writes to privacy@marsys.ai from the account's email address asking for the account to be closed. All the account's data, including everything Spren read, wrote and remembered, is deleted within 30 days, except records we must keep for accounting or legal reasons, which are deleted when that period ends.
If you granted Spren access through a third-party service and want that service to know the access is revoked, you can also revoke it from that service directly (for Google: your Google account's security settings; for Slack: the workspace's app management page; for Telegram: remove the bot from your chats).
When you ask us by email, we confirm the deletion by email.
